The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Director / Sr. Director – Solutions to lead our solutioning efforts in the BFSI domain and drive impactful stakeholder engagements. This leadership role is pivotal in building strong synergies with internal functions, acting as a trusted advisor, and serving as a key liaison between the sales and other support functions.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in BFSI Presales and Solutions and possess the ability to craft compelling proposals and pitches tailored to client needs. This role also involves staying abreast of market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and managing the end-to-end bid process to position TP competitively.
The Responsibilities & Duties
- Dive and manage solutioning for large and strategic deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
- Develop win strategies and themes for each bid, identifying key differentiators and crafting compelling narratives that enhance the organization’s competitive positioning.
- Deeply understand and analyze client requirements through RFPs, RFIs, and other engagement inputs to design tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across sales, delivery, WFM, recruitment. training & quality, finance, legal, technology, and leadership to ensure solution integrity and feasibility.
- Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bid responses, including proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, with clear articulation of the solution approach, pricing model, and service benefits.
- Engage with senior leadership and external stakeholders to align solution strategy, present proposals, and secure approvals at various bid stages.
The Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree must; Master’s degree or higher educational qualifications preferred.
- 10 years of experience in Presales/Solutions, with significant exposure to the BFSI domain, across domestic and/or international markets.
- Strong understanding of the sales and solution lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, solution design, bid development, and client presentations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing solutioning and bid processes for mid to large-sized deals.
- Highly detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of thriving in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret industry insights, competitor intelligence, and client-specific perspectives.
