Role Summary
As a Data Centre Expert at JLL India, you will lead our data centre services team in delivering exceptional solutions to our clients across the country. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee critical infrastructure, operations, and strategic initiatives that support our clients' digital transformation journeys. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data centre operations while driving innovation and sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop JLL’s enterprise sales and colocation data center strategy and manage the site selection effort for commercial negotiations
- Proactively Lead & engage in business development activities for data center
- Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with data center providers
- Provide Advisory services to effectively conclude data center transactions – at PAN India level. This includes sourcing, executing & closing deals.
- Lead feasibility discussions and contract negotiations with service providers, property owners, economic development agencies, and utility companies
- Integrating with other Business teams and representing One JLL to clients.
- Assess client requirements & Execute Transaction – Option Sourcing, Client Presentations, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs, Negotiations & Legal, Closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as cash flows, and presentations. Strong financial skills. Demonstrate client and program management skills for sale/lease transactions, including coordination with offshore teams and clients. Ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups and successful closure of deals.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
- Demonstrable ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
