Role Overview
As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. You will drive campaign performance, improve brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and contribute to the overall growth of client and company projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Drive lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI-focused campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and insights
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to execute marketing initiatives
• Analyze marketing metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies
• Support planning, budgeting, and campaign scaling strategies
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation strategies
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Search Console, etc.)
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
