Role Description:
We are hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for a full-time position.

CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
Experience Required: 8+ Years
Key Requirements:
✔ Strong experience in Digital Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Execution
✔ Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Marketing
✔ Experience in Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, and Conversion Optimization
✔ Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and Marketing Automation Tools
✔ Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
✔ Knowledge of Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Brand Building
✔ Ability to analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations
✔ Experience in managing marketing budgets and maximizing ROI
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
✔ Experience in the Education, EdTech, IT, or Training Industry
✔ Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms
✔ Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms
✔ Ability to lead a team and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
