Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The role involves planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies, leading campaigns across social media platforms, optimizing performance via web analytics, and generating high-quality leads. The individual will oversee a team, manage budgets, enhance brand visibility, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation techniques
- Strong expertise in Marketing strategies and the ability to execute end-to-end campaigns
- Strategic thinking with solid analytical and communication skills
- Experience in supervising and mentoring marketing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; a master’s degree is a plus
- Knowledge of marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software
- Experience in working on campaigns for technology, healthcare, or relevant industries is preferred
