Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who will act as the bridge between our agency and clients. This role involves client communication, strategy planning, execution oversight, and actively bringing in new business.
You will not just manage marketing you will own client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Conduct regular client meetings, updates, and performance reviews.
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and present digital marketing strategies across channels (Meta, Google, SEO, etc
- Create and implement engaging social media campaigns aligned with brand goals, market trends, and customer behavior to drive business growth.
- Oversee campaign execution with internal teams (design, performance, content)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects and campaigns
- Business Development
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels
- Pitch agency services to potential clients and close deals
- Participate in sales calls, presentations, and negotiations
- Contribute to revenue growth and client acquisition
- Performance & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (ROI, CPL, conversions, etc
- Prepare and present reports with insights and recommendations
- Continuously improve strategies based on data
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital marketing / client servicing
Strong understanding of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven experience in handling clients directly
Experience in sales or business development is a strong plus
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership
