We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads, paired with strong leadership capabilities to guide a dynamic team of marketers, designers, and content creators. This role demands a strategic thinker with a flair for innovation someone who thrives on optimizing campaigns, elevating brand visibility, and driving high-quality lead generation through creative, out-of-the-box strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) to maximize ROI.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of digital marketers, content creators, and designers to deliver cohesive marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.
- Oversee SEO, SEM and social media marketing to boost organic and paid traffic.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation based on performance metrics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving consumer behaviors to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads across multiple formats.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other performance tracking tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategy.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey mapping.
