About Lemniscate Growth
We are a B2B growth marketing and revenue generation agency working with tech companies across the US, Canada, and Dubai. We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Associate who can own search and performance channels and contribute directly to pipeline outcomes across client accounts.
What you will do
- Own SEO across client accounts including technical, on page, and content alignment
- Work with evolving search trends including AEO, GEO, and AI driven search behaviour
- Identify keyword opportunities based on intent, not just volume
- Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta campaigns with focus on lead quality
- Track campaign performance and improve based on data, not assumptions
- Work closely with content and design teams to align messaging and creatives
- Handle multiple client accounts with clear prioritisation
What we are looking for
- 5–6 years of experience in digital marketing with agency exposure
- Strong understanding of SEO beyond basic optimisation
- Awareness of recent changes in search including AEO, GEO, and AI search trends
- Hands on experience running and optimising paid campaigns across Google and Meta
- Ability to connect campaign activity to lead quality and pipeline impact
- Comfort working across multiple accounts with tight timelines
