PlanBnext is building a global network of senior DevOps and platform engineering experts who can help professionals and businesses resolve real production issues across modern infrastructure and automation environments.
We are currently expanding our Expert Pool and inviting experienced DevOps & Platform Engineers who can troubleshoot complex CI/CD pipeline failures, container orchestration issues, and infrastructure automation challenges.
This is not a permanent role. Experts collaborate remotely and receive payment after successfully resolving tickets.

What You Will Do
- Analyze DevOps and platform-related issues raised by users and businesses.
- Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline failures, container orchestration problems, and infrastructure automation issues.
- Assist users in debugging deployment pipelines and resolving build or runtime issues.
- Guide users through troubleshooting using logs, monitoring tools, and screen-sharing sessions.
- Provide clear documentation of the resolution for ticket closure.
Experts do not receive direct system access. Support is provided through structured discussions, troubleshooting guidance, and architecture-level recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of total IT industry experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments.
- Experience handling production deployment failures, automation issues, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to users.
