Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sr. DevOps Engineer with 4–7 years of experience who can independently manage cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and handle production-grade Kubernetes environments.
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system reliability
• Collaborate with development teams for deployment strategies
• Mentor junior team members and drive DevOps best practices
Requirements
• 4–7 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services
• Expertise in Jenkins / GitLab CI/CD / AWS CodePipeline / TeamCity
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Strong scripting knowledge in Shell and Python
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios
• Good understanding of Linux systems and networking
• Knowledge of databases like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
Good to Have
• Experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Knowledge of Druid, Neo4j, or ArangoDB
• Experience handling production infrastructure at scale
• AWS Certifications
• Team handling / mentoring experience
