Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Senior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud, Linux Administration, CI/CD Automation, Monitoring, NGINX Optimization, and Production Infrastructure Management.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing high-traffic production environments, implementing scalable cloud architectures, optimizing deployment pipelines, ensuring infrastructure reliability, and automating operational workflows.
This role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, production-level thinking, ownership mindset, and experience working with modern DevOps tools and practices.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS Cloud.
- Manage and optimize EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Route53, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, VPC, Security Groups, Lambda, Lambda@edge and networking components.
- Implement secure and cost-optimized cloud architectures.
- Configure backup, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies.
CI/CD & Automation
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Automate deployments for Node.js, Laravel, React.js, Next.js applications.
- Implement zero-downtime deployment strategies including Blue-Green deployment.
- Automate infrastructure tasks using Shell scripting.
- Integrate GitHub workflows and deployment automation.
Linux & Server Administration
- Administer Ubuntu/Linux production servers.
- Handle server hardening, user access control, chroot environments, permissions, and SSH configurations.
- Monitor CPU, memory, disk utilization, and server health.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Web Server & Performance Optimization
- Configure and optimize NGINX web servers.
- Improve application performance including TTFB reduction, caching, compression, Brotli, QUIC, and CDN integration.
- Handle reverse proxy configurations and SSL management.
- Troubleshoot high-load production systems and optimize resource utilization.
Monitoring & Logging
- Set up monitoring and alerting using Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch.
- Configure centralized logging for NGINX, PM2, MySQL, and application services.
- Create dashboards for infrastructure visibility and performance analysis.
- Implement proactive alerting systems via email and notifications.
Database Management & Optimization
- Manage MySQL and PostgreSQL production databases.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot high-load queries.
- Configure database synchronization, replication, backup, and recovery mechanisms.
- Implement production-to-staging data synchronization workflows.
Security & Reliability
- Implement infrastructure security best practices.
- Manage SSL certificates, IAM policies, firewall rules, and secure access control.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Create automated health check and self-healing mechanisms for production services.
