About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who can help us build and scale a reliable, efficient, and cost-effective platform.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of systems, infrastructure, and automation, and is excited to work in a fast-moving environment where they can own problems end-to-end and continuously improve how things are built and operated.
You should be comfortable learning quickly, making sound engineering decisions, and building scalable systems from first principles.
What You’ll Do
Design and operate scalable, reliable infrastructure across cloud environments
Build and improve CI/CD systems to enable faster and safer deployments
Manage and evolve containerized workloads and orchestration platforms
Improve system reliability, observability, and incident response practices
Drive automation across infrastructure, deployments, and operations
Optimize performance, scalability, and cloud costs
Work closely with engineering teams to improve developer experience and delivery velocity
Take ownership of production systems, including debugging, root cause analysis, and long-term fixes
What We’re Looking For
Core Strengths (Must Have)
Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, and distributed systems
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
Solid experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Good understanding of infrastructure as code and automation principles
Experience with monitoring, logging, and system observability
Ability to debug complex production issues across multiple layers
Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting; knowledge of Go, etc is an added advantage.
