Role Summary
Design and govern scalable Agentic AI systems for enterprise use cases (e.g., policy lifecycle, underwriting, claims).
Key Responsibilities
- Architect multi-agent systems using frameworks like Google Agent Development Kit
- Define agent orchestration, memory, tool usage, and guardrails
- Design LLM + deterministic system interplay (APIs, workflows, eventing)
- Optimize for latency, cost, reliability, and observability
- Establish evaluation frameworks, prompt strategies, and safety controls
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain teams
Must-Have Skills
- 5–8+ years in architecture (AI/ML + distributed systems)
- Hands-on with LLMs (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation)
- Experience in architecting and tuning agent-based or LLM-driven systems
- Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven systems
Good to Have
- Health insurance domain (policy, claims, underwriting)
- Experience with Vertex AI / GenAI platforms
