What You’ll Do
- Architect and implement ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM solutions tailored to client needs.
- Customize workflows, integrations, and automation for seamless service delivery.
- Lead technical teams, ensuring quality and scalability of solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize IT operations and reduce risk.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years of ServiceNow experience with strong focus on ITSM / ITOM.
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services.
- ServiceNow certifications:
✔ Certified Administrator
✔ Certified Application Developer
✔ Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM / ITOM
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise environments.
Nice to Have
- AngularJS or other scripting languages.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure Web Services, and integrations.
