- Bachelor's Degree Or Relevant Experience.
- 5+ Years Experience In Human Resources.
- Strong Recruiting And Demonstrated Ability To Improve Talent Acquisition Strategies.
- Demonstrated Expertise In Training Managers And Employees.
- Strong Organizational, Critical Thinking, And Communications Skills.
Job Requirements
- Recruit And Onboard New Hires Conduct Performance Management And Provide Feedback Manage Payroll And Benefits For Employees.
- HRMS And Time Tracking Software Implementation And Running.
- Design Compensation & Benefits Packages.
- Maintaining And Managing Employee Documents.
- Act As The Point Of Contact Regarding Labor Rules Issues.
- Manage Employees' Grievances.
- Develop Fair HR Policies And Ensure Employees Understand And Comply With Them.
- Implement Effective Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Techniques.
- Assess Training Needs And Coordinate Learning & Development Initiatives For All Employees.
- Monitor The HR Department's Budget.
- Create And Run Referral Bonus Programs.
- Managing Employee Adherence To All The Company's Rules And Regulations.
- Preparing Weekly/monthly Reports For The Management.
