Job Title: Senior Developer - Laravel
Experience: 6+ Years (Minimum 4+ Years in Laravel)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Laravel to lead the development of a configurable enterprise operations platform.
The ideal candidate should have strong system design experience and be comfortable architecting scalable backend platforms, not just building standard web applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead architecture and development of backend systems using Laravel.
• Design scalable APIs and backend services for enterprise workflows.
• Build and maintain configurable modules, workflow automation, and rule-based systems.
• Implement event-driven architecture, background jobs, and queue processing.
• Integrate external systems such as ERP platforms and third-party APIs.
• Mentor and guide the backend development team.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate operational workflows into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
• Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel framework.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and database optimization.
• Experience with queues, job processing, and event-driven systems (Redis, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, system integrations, and cloud deployments.
• Strong experience in system design and backend architecture.
Preferred Skills
• Experience building workflow engines, rule-based automation systems, or configurable platforms.
• Experience integrating AI/automation services or data processing pipelines.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP-related systems is a plus.
