Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (2–4 Years Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce configurations, along with a good understanding of business processes and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions
- Develop customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Work on Salesforce configuration: workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Salesforce implementations
- Support deployment activities and CI/CD processes
- Maintain proper documentation for development and processes
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
- Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Basic understanding of CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, etc.)
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification
- Knowledge of Platform Developer II (PD2) is a plus
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
- Exposure to AppExchange apps and managed packages
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of relevant Salesforce development experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
