About the Project
XYLEM is a technology platform being developed to support land parcel feasibility analysis and automated design generation for the Bengaluru and other cities.

Constraints and generate optimized design options that comply with regulatory requirements while supporting architectural decision-making.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who will play a key role in building and scaling the XYLEM platform. The developer will work closely with the Business lead, architecture team, and product stakeholders to develop high-performance applications capable of handling complex spatial, regulatory, and optimization problems.
The role involves full-stack development, algorithm integration, and system design support within an Agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
· Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of the platform.
· Build scalable features for land feasibility analysis and design visualization.
· Translate functional requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Front-End Development
· Build interactive user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
· Implement 3D visualization and spatial representations using Three.js / Babylon.js / WebGL.
· Develop component-driven UI systems and ensure responsive design.
· Integrate animation libraries such as GSAP or Framer Motion where required.
Back-End Development
· Develop backend services using Node.js and NestJS.
· Design and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
· Implement scalable microservices architectures.
· Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
Data & Integration
· Develop and manage data pipelines required for spatial and regulatory data processing.
· Integrate third-party services and APIs.
· Work with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka for asynchronous processing.
Algorithm Integration
· Support implementation of optimization algorithms and computational models developed in Python.
· Work with tools such as Google OR-Tools, CP-SAT solvers, or Z3.
· Integrate algorithm outputs into application workflows.
Collaboration
· Work in an Agile development environment.
· Collaborate with product managers, architects, and designers.
· Participate in code reviews, testing, and system improvement initiatives.
