Hiring: Duck Creek Policy Developer (Immediate to 30 days joiners)
🚀 We are looking for a Senior Duck Creek Policy Developer to join our team in Hyderabad! Are you a technical expert in P&C Insurance looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Lead Developer with 6+ years of experience to design and implement cutting-edge solutions within the Duck Creek Policy module.
The Essentials:
- 📍 Location: Hyderabad (On-site) - Hybrid
- 📅 Experience: 6+ Years
- ⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days (Strict)
- 🕒 Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mid-Shift)
- 🔄 Interview Process: 3 Rounds
What You’ll Do:
- Design & Develop: Build and implement high-quality solutions within the Duck Creek Policy module to enhance system functionality.
- Configure & Customize: Align Duck Creek components with specific business needs and integrate them with Claims, Billing, and third-party gateways.
- Data Management: Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for ETL processes and reporting.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Architects and Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews and unit testing to ensure the scalability and reliability of the platform.
What We’re Looking For:
- Mandatory Skill: Deep expertise in Duck Creek Policy Center Configuration.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in C#, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Duck Creek Policy Administration System (PAS) and Agile/SDLC processes.
- Certifications: Duck Creek Policy Configuration certifications are a major plus.
- Leadership: Proven ability to act as a Lead Developer and mentor team members.
