As part of our continued growth at Actualize, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Developer to lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
🔹 What You’ll Work On:
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, driving end-to-end development of new functionalities.
- Design system architecture, including data flows, components, and integration patterns.
- Ensure applications are built with scalability, security, and maintainability at the core.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor development teams.
- Monitor application performance and ensure high availability through proactive improvements.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and provide ongoing technical support.
- Manage environments, including certificates, OAuth2 secrets, and system health.
- Continuously introduce new technologies and best practices into the development lifecycle.\
🔹 Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in C#, including Windows services, REST services, and libraries.
- Solid knowledge of T-SQL and database design.
- Experience with Azure services, especially Azure Data Factory (preferred).
- Understanding of integration patterns and enterprise application architecture.
- Exposure to MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) is a plus.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience developing global business applications.
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in complex, multi-location environments.
- Familiarity with IT best practices / ITIL frameworks.
- A collaborative mindset with leadership and mentoring abilities.
🎓 Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.
