We are looking for a highly capable Senior Developer with strong experience in AI tools, agentic systems, and large language models to join a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This role will focus on building intelligent, scalable solutions using cutting-edge AI technologies such as Claude, GPT, and other foundation models.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications that automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications using LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT, Gemini)
🔹 Develop agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, task execution, and workflow orchestration
🔹 Build and integrate AI tools, APIs, and microservices into scalable production environments
🔹 Rapidly prototype and deliver proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate business use cases
🔹 Work with structured and unstructured data, enabling intelligent data processing and insights
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
🔹 Optimise AI models and applications for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
🔹 Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, deployment, and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of software development experience (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)
- Experience building agentic workflows / autonomous AI systems
- Solid understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and system integration
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong data handling experience (SQL/NoSQL, data pipelines, JSON, vector databases)
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Exposure to MLOps / model deployment and monitoring
- Experience building internal AI tools, copilots, or automation platforms
- Knowledge of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
