We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer – IBM webMethods with WM.IO/ Software AG iPass experience to support the development and scaling of a client's integration platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with IBM webMethods SaaS Gen 2 and be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Skill Set
- iPaaS / Cloud Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience with webMethods.io or Software AG iPaaS.
- Specific Modules: Deep knowledge of Integration, B2B, API Gateway, and MFT (Managed File Transfer).
- Preferred: Experience with IBM webMethods SaaS Gen 2 is a strong plus (since it is too new to make mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using IBM webMethods SaaS Gen 2.
- Build and support APIs, workflows, and integration services.
- Design and establish webMethods development frameworks and coding standards.
- Define environment topology, deployment strategies, and configuration management.
- Implement logging, error handling, monitoring, and retry mechanisms for reliable integrations.
- Design scalable and reliable integration solutions.
- Collaborate with offshore development teams and mentor junior team members.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure operational stability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
Required Skills & Preferred Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM webMethods SaaS Gen 2.
- Strong expertise in IBM webMethods Integration Server, messaging, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience implementing webMethods platforms and the ability to bootstrap projects from scratch.
- Experience building and supporting enterprise integration solutions.
- Architecture and performance optimization experience for high-volume integrations.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, web services, security, and messaging technologies.
- Experience integrating with CI/CD pipelines and source code management tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
