Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Senior Detailed Project Report Consultant. The role involves preparing comprehensive detailed project reports (DPRs), analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, preparing cost estimates, identifying risks, and presenting recommendations. The incumbent will also ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating and reviewing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and performing feasibility studies
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to assess various project components
• Project management expertise, including risk assessment and budget estimation
• Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
• Effective communication and collaborative skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Strong attention to detail and aptitude for documentation and reporting
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used for project reporting
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field
• Previous experience in DPR preparation or a similar consulting role is highly desirable
