Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Desktop Support professional for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include providing technical assistance for desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing printer support. You will also offer desk-side support, ensure smooth functioning of workstations, and address IT-related issues to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Experience in Printer Support and related hardware maintenance
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for supporting end-users
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus
