About the RoleWe are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Designer with 4–5 years of experience who can blend traditional design skills with modern AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling ability through visuals, and hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics.
Key Responsibilities- Design high-quality creatives for digital platforms including social media, websites, ads, and campaigns
- Create engaging video content including reels, ads, explainer videos, and motion graphics
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to enhance design efficiency and creativity
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and branding teams to develop compelling visual concepts
- Edit and produce videos with strong storytelling, transitions, and sound design
- Maintain brand consistency across all design assets
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and video editing techniques
Required Skills & Qualifications- 4–5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools and workflows
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Experience in motion graphics and video storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in performance marketing creatives (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Basic understanding of animation and 3D tools is a plus
