Senior Designer Community Lead
Full-time · Remote-first
₹36,00,000 per year (fixed)

Your judgment directly shapes the product.
What the Role Involves
First Task — Design the Next Contest
brnd.ink has run two community contests:
Round 1 → MacBook
Round 2 → iPhone
Both drove strong engagement.
Round three is yours to define.
We’re exploring AI credits as rewards, but the direction is open.
The goal is simple:
What kind of contest actually attracts the right designers and builds real excitement?
You’ll own:
Concept
Structure
Criteria
Execution
Matchmaking
Every brief needs the right designer.
You will:
Study client inputs (references, moodboards, competitors)
Work with the algorithm’s recommendations
Step in where human judgment matters
The right match determines whether a client comes back.
Quality Audit and AI Training
First 10 deliverables per designer → personally reviewed by you
Your approvals/rejections → train the AI model
After that → system scales with your standards
Rejected work is analyzed and fed back into the system to avoid repeat issues.
Leading the Team
You will manage a team of Junior Community Designers and marketing agencies.
They:
Convert messy client inputs into structured briefs
You:
Set quality standards
Review their output
Improve their thinking
Designer Qualification and Community Standards
This is a curated network.
You will:
Review portfolios
Decide who gets in
Maintain the quality bar
Designers who fall short are not removed immediately —
they go through structured improvement before being reassigned.

Design experience
7 to 10+ years in brand identity and visual design
Past work experience in Marketing Agency
Leadership experience
Ability to manage and mentor designers
Matchmaking instinct
Strong ability to map briefs to the right creative direction
Cultural awareness
Understanding of regional and global design nuances
Language
English and Hindi required
Additional languages are a plus
AI workflow understanding
Clear sense of where AI helps and where human judgment is critical
Ownership mindset
Comfort operating without a fixed playbook
