The role
We are looking for Senior Designers who understand how to create high-quality, scalable creative for e-commerce and performance marketing.
This role will focus on designing master creative systems and assets that can scale into multiple formats, variants, and campaigns using Rocketium AI Studio.
You will work closely with global brands and internal teams to ensure creative output is both visually strong and performance-driven.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design high-quality creatives for paid ads, marketplace listings, and e-commerce content
- Build design systems and templates that can scale across formats and campaigns
- Work with teams to translate creative concepts into production-ready assets
- Use Gen AI tools for ideation, experimentation, and creative workflows
- Maintain high design standards across projects
- Collaborate with junior designers and help guide execution quality
Who You Are
You would likely be a strong fit if you:
- Have 4-7 years of design experience, ideally in a creative or performance marketing agency
- Have worked extensively with D2C or e-commerce brands, designing creatives for marketplaces, product pages, and digital ads
- Understand the e-commerce creative ecosystem deeply — including PDP images, A+ content, paid ad creatives, and conversion-focused visual storytelling
- Are comfortable designing for performance marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, and other digital ad platforms
- Have experience creating scalable design systems, templates, and repeatable creative frameworks
- Actively use Gen AI tools for ideation, visual exploration, and accelerating creative workflows
- Are curious about and experimenting with Agentic AI systems and AI-assisted creative production
- Can think beyond single assets and design creative systems that scale across formats, variants, and campaigns
