Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Designer located in Noida. The Senior Designer will be responsible for leading the creative design process, developing innovative and trend-conscious fashion concepts, and overseeing product development from initial sketch to final production. The role includes creating designs, managing design projects, conceptualizing collections, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior designers, and maintaining brand aesthetics will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Design Development, Creative Direction, and Trend Analysis
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, and other design tools
- Experience in Product Development, Collection Planning, and Prototype Mock-Ups
- Ability to manage Design Processes, including concept ideation and implementation
- Strong understanding of Fabric Selection, Color Theory, and Textiles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
- Prior experience in a senior design role within the apparel and fashion industry
