Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Designer at our location in Lucknow. In this role, the Senior Designer will conceptualize and create high-quality visual content and designs that align with brand strategies. Responsibilities include creating design assets for various platforms, managing design projects from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining brand consistency. The Senior Designer will play a key role in enhancing the company's visual identity and ensuring seamless execution of creative deliverables.
Qualifications
- A solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design principles
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience in designing branding assets, marketing materials, and digital content
- Ability to manage multiple design projects within deadlines
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and other teams
- Knowledge of current design and market trends in food, wellness, and nutraceutical industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Proven experience in a senior design role or similar capacity
- Experience in UI/UX design is a plus
