🚨 WE’RE HIRING | Senior Designer – Workplace Interiors | Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer – Workplace Interiors to join our design team in Bangalore.
If you are passionate about creating functional, innovative and high-quality workplace environments and have strong experience taking projects from concept to execution, this could be a great opportunity.
📍 Position: Senior Designer – Workplace Interiors
📌 Location: Bangalore
💼 Experience: 8–12 Years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹28 LPA
🎓 Education: B.Arch / Bachelor’s in Interior Design
👤 Role: Individual Contributor
🏢 Industry: Workplace / Interior Design
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion
• Understand client requirements and develop design concepts and final briefs
• Create mood boards, furniture layouts and design development proposals
• Review drawings and coordinate with site/construction teams
• Select appropriate materials, finishes and furniture within project budgets
• Work closely with 3D designers to develop client presentations and visuals
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Construction teams for smooth project delivery
• Ensure design intent is maintained through execution and project closeout
🛠️ What We’re Looking For
✔️ 8–12 years of relevant experience in Workplace / Commercial Interiors
✔️ Strong understanding of workplace design and interior execution
✔️ Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp is important
✔️ Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools
✔️ Excellent design sensibility with strong technical understanding
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Strong communication, coordination and client-handling skills
