About This Opportunity
Job Title: Senior Designer – Interior, Exterior & Signage
Location: Bengaluru
Reporting To: Assistant Manager – Architecture & Engineering
Role Overview
The Senior Designer will be responsible for reviewing and developing interior, exterior, and signage design elements for store projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and visual consistency. This role also involves brand book creation, design guidelines development, and high-quality renderings, supporting both design execution and brand standardization initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Design Review – Interior, Exterior & Signage
• Review interior and exterior design packages to ensure alignment with brand standards and project requirements.
• Evaluate signage designs, placement, and visibility for consistency and effectiveness.
• Ensure all design elements comply with brand guidelines, materials, and visual identity standards. • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in design submissions. Brand Book & Guidelines Development
• Develop and update brand books, design guidelines, and visual standards documentation.
• Ensure consistency across all stores by defining clear design principles and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate evolving brand requirements into guidelines.
3D Visualization & Renderings
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for interior, exterior, and signage concepts.
• Support design presentations with visually compelling outputs.
• Ensure renderings accurately represent materials, lighting, and brand aesthetics. Design Execution Support
• Support adaptation of designs for both prototypical and non-prototypical stores.
• Work closely with floor planning and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.
Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with Architecture, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Act as a point of contact for design-related queries and clarifications. Quality & Process Adherence
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
• Follow defined processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in interior/exterior design, signage design, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in brand guideline development and design reviews.
• Prior experience in retail/store design projects is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of interior, exterior, and signage design principles.
• Experience in brand book creation and visual standard development.
• Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as Revit, SketchUp, Autocad & Bluebeam.
• Strong rendering and visualization skills.
• High attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to review and critique designs effectively.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Quality and consistency of design reviews (interior, exterior, signage).
• Effectiveness and usability of brand books and guidelines.
• Quality of renderings and visual outputs.
