Senior Design Verification Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Verification Engineer to own IP-level DV and drive verification execution across global teams. This role demands strong technical expertise, hands-on execution, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. You will play a critical role in ensuring robust verification of IPs, subsystems, and SoCs, delivering high-quality silicon for next-generation products.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of IP DV projects, driving execution end-to-end.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple geo-locations to align on verification goals and schedules.
- Create comprehensive testplans and build testbenches using industry-standard DV methodologies.
- Develop DV infrastructure including coverage models, regression systems, and simulation scripts.
- Execute verification activities hands-on, ensuring closure across all aspects of DV.
- Provide technical guidance to team members while actively contributing to debugging and SoC-level verification.
Skill Requirements
- Proven experience in developing testbenches for IPs, subsystems, and SoCs.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in verification execution at IP, subsystem, and SoC levels.
- Ability to independently drive IP DV projects, lead teams with technical guidance, and contribute to execution.
- Strong expertise in UVM, SystemVerilog, CDV/MDV methodologies, and DV signoff processes.
- Domain expertise in one or more of the following: PCIe, UCIe.
- Experience with hybrid testbenches (SystemVerilog, SystemC, Python) and SystemC-based reference models for stimulus/verification is desirable.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7–10 years in Design Verification.
- Education: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

We have an embedded Software COE with in-house Labs, powered by open-source tool chain equipped with variety of reference boards. This environment enables our engineers to play while they learn.
