Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design Verification Engineer based in Bengaluru South. The engineer will focus on ensuring the functional correctness of complex designs by developing and executing verification plans. Responsibilities include performing RTL design review, implementing test environments, conducting comprehensive functional and formal verification, and identifying and debugging design issues. The role demands collaboration with design teams to deliver high-quality semiconductor solutions that meet or exceed industry standards, as well as delivering technical mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Functional Verification and Debugging techniques
- Proficiency in Formal Verification and RTL (Register Transfer Level) Design
- Strong knowledge of Computer Architecture and its application in semiconductor design
- Ability to analyze and interpret design requirements to develop robust verification strategies
- Experience with verification methodologies such as UVM/OVM and scripting languages like Python or Perl is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Good communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers
- Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry is highly beneficial
