Roles & Responsibilities
* Conduct the initial meeting with clients to understand their requirements, budget, and lifestyle.
* Discuss the proposed layout and design concepts based on the floor plan.
* Prepare and present the project quotation based on the client's requirements.
* Follow up with clients after sharing the quotation to address queries and close the deal.
* Prepare the first-cut design, based on the approved quotation.
* Conduct design discussions with clients and incorporate feedback into the design.
* Assist clients in selecting laminates, finishes, colors, and materials.
* Finalize the 2D and 3D designs and obtain client sign-off before production.
* Ensure all project specifications and design details are accurately documented.
* Coordinate with the Project Manager and Production team for timely project handover and execution.
* Support the execution team by clarifying design details whenever required.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and timely communication.
