Job Title: AM / Manager / Sr. Manager – Design
Department: Design Development & Construction
Reporting To: General Manager – Design
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with leasing, development teams, and design consultants.
- Prepare area/FSI/saleable statements and review consultant drawings.
- Track timelines, design deliverables, and approvals to avoid delays.
- Develop architectural/interior drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.
- Prepare GFC drawings, SketchUp models, and presentations.
- Assist in feasibility studies, concept development, and documentation.
- Ensure stakeholder coordination and maintain communication records.
Skills
- Knowledge of architectural design trends and technology.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with material and cost awareness.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and basic Excel.
- Project management and documentation skills.
Experience & Qualification
- B.Arch (2013–2015 batch).
- 8–15 years of experience (minimum 8 years required).
- Industry: Hotel / Retail / Commercial / Interiors.
