Job Description – Senior Design Manager - BIM
Position: Architect – Revit
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 5 –12 Years
Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch
Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Architect with strong Revit expertise to work on large-scale Commercial, Residential, and Mixed-Use developments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, BIM modeling, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination across all project stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and BIM models using Revit for large-scale Commercial, Residential, and Mixed-Use projects.
- Prepare concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure clash-free project delivery.
- Produce accurate working drawings, detailed documentation, and BIM deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project standards.
- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and consultant coordination meetings.
- Support project delivery from concept through construction stages.
- Maintain BIM standards and ensure quality, accuracy, and timely project deliverables.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
- Experience in architectural detailing and construction documentation.
- Understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and project lifecycle.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on large-scale Commercial, Residential, and Mixed-Use developments.
- Exposure to BIM coordination, clash detection, and consultant management.
- Knowledge of Navisworks, SketchUp, Photoshop, or other visualization tools will be an added advantage.
