Key Responsibilities
• Develop detailed IPO drawings from shell plans with accurate panel numbering and dimensions.
• Create precise fabrication drawings for non-standard components and factory accessories.
• Design and oversee virtual mockups to identify design clashes before full-scale production.
• Generate accurate component lists and hardware requirements for procurement and logistics.
• Provide technical design clarity to the manufacturing floor regarding complex panel geometry.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Design Engineering
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
- Background in Mechanical Engineering and civil Engineering
- Ability to analyze technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Previous experience in formwork systems or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, civil Engineering, or a related field
- Mandatory eligibility:
• Minimum one year of hands-on design experience in Aluminium Formwork (Mivan) engineering.
• Advanced expertise in design modulation principles and Mivan component geometry.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and Solidworks or 3D modeling for fabrication detailing.
• Ability to audit complex architectural and structural drawings for design-phase discrepancies.
• Strong collaboration skills to ensure design-to-production accuracy with shell designers and manufacturing.
