Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Design Engineer located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing innovative equipment, preparing technical drawings and models using CAD software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. The role also involves troubleshooting design issues, optimizing product design for efficiency and performance, and providing technical guidance to other team members.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design
- Expertise in Mechanical Engineering and knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles
- Proficient in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in equipment design and manufacturing
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with food processing equipment design will be an advantage
