Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for design and develop HVAC systems
- Ensuring proposals are compliance with the company’s quality procedures, client`s requirement and relevant/latest industry standards, international codes, planned timelines, allotted budget, company strategy and goals.
- Providing technical inputs for preparation of design drawings, shop drawings, coordination of drawings and as-built drawings
- Overseeing the project’s conception, design and specifications and manage scheduling, estimating and securing materials
- Conducting research on new technologies in order to develop efficient designs for new HVAC systems
- Providing technical support to project staff regarding projects or issues related to HVAC systems
- Monitoring and carrying out quality check on progressive completed work
- Ensuring all paper works submission (e.g., Vendor Approval Submission, Project Reports and Schedule submission and works executed on sites are according to specification, drawings and project requirement)
- Co-ordinating with clients, consultants on the technical requirements and attend technical discussions and meeting with authorities, developer, and contractors
- Co-ordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and own teams including group representatives for implementation of the projects and ensuring it is being built correctly and timely delivery of works
- Represents Company at technical meetings with clients, stake holders and serves as the company's technical representative to clients and suppliers
- Ensure proposals are compliance with the company’s quality procedures, client`s requirement and relevant/latest standards & regulations are updated accordingly
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor` degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 10 Years Experience in similar nature in the field of Building Service Engineering along with minimum 03 years’ work experience in Maldives
- Fluency in MS Project, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
- Conversant with latest ASHRAE, British and European Standards
- Good Communication Skills and public relation Skills
- The selected candidate will be required work our projects at Maldives.
