We’re Hiring: Senior Design Engineer – Façade
📍 Bangalore | 🏢 Design Department
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Design Engineer – Façade to join our growing team and drive the design and delivery of high-performance façade systems. If you bring strong technical expertise, precision, and a passion for innovative design, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do• Lead façade system design, including shop, fabrication, and installation drawings
• Develop solutions for curtain walls, glazing, cladding, ACP panels, and unitized systems
• Perform structural analysis and thermal calculations
• Review technical drawings, material specs, and ensure compliance with standards
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and site teams
• Support fabrication and installation with technical expertise
• Drive value engineering for cost and performance optimization
• Resolve design challenges across all project stages
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold best design practices
• Maintain accurate documentation, BOMs, and schedules

What We’re Looking For• 10+ years of experience in façade design & engineering
• Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or HICAD
• Strong knowledge of façade systems and materials
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
