🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Design Architect (Commercial Projects)
📍 Bengaluru | 🏢 On-site | 💼 Full-time
Are you a design-driven Architect who loves turning concepts into real-world spaces? We’re looking for a Senior Design Architect with strong commercial project experience to lead and shape impactful designs.
🔹 What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end design for commercial projects (concept to construction)
Create innovative, functional, and client-focused architectural solutions
Develop detailed drawings, working drawings & tender documentation
Present design ideas confidently to clients & stakeholders
Collaborate with MEP, structural & cross-functional teams
Conduct site visits to ensure design quality & execution
Mentor junior architects and maintain high design standards
🔹 What We’re Looking For
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory)
🏗️ 9–12 years of experience in commercial projects (office, retail, mixed-use)
🎨 Strong design & visualization skills (hands-on designer mindset)
📐 Proficiency in AutoCAD (must), SketchUp/Revit (preferred)
📚 Strong knowledge of building codes & construction practices
💬 Excellent client communication & stakeholder management skills
