📍 Location: Andheri, Mumbai

OPEN POSITIONS
1️⃣ DESIGN MANAGER
Experience: 15–18 Years
Compensation: Up to ₹30 LPA, including 10% PLI
Looking for a senior design leader with strong experience in commercial/mixed-use projects, capable of leading large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, driving business development, and overseeing projects from concept to delivery.
Key requirements:
• B.Arch or equivalent
• 10+ years leading commercial/mixed-use projects
• Experience managing teams of 8–10 professionals
• Strong design, leadership & client management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & MS Office
• Experience with large-scale projects of 1 million+ sq. ft.
• Willingness to travel for project/site visits
2️⃣ ASSISTANT DESIGN MANAGER / SENIOR ARCHITECT
Experience: 10–16 Years
Compensation: ₹6–14 LPA*
Ideal for experienced architects with strong exposure to commercial/mixed-use projects, design development, construction documentation, consultant coordination and project execution.
Key requirements:
• B.Arch or equivalent
• 10–16 years of architectural experience
• Minimum 6 years in commercial/mixed-use projects
• Team leadership experience
• Should have completed at least one 300,000+ sq. ft. project from start to finish
• Strong drawing, design and coordination skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & MS Office
3️⃣ PROJECT ARCHITECT
Experience: 5+ Years
Compensation: ₹8–9 LPA
Looking for a technically strong architect with experience in project execution and coordination across architects, consultants, vendors, site teams and PMC.
Key requirements:
• B.Arch or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Commercial/mixed-use project experience preferred
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies
• Drawing review & technical coordination experience
• Site supervision and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & MS Office
4️⃣ SENIOR ARCHITECT
Experience: 10–16 Years
Compensation: ₹6–14 LPA*
A strong opportunity for architects experienced in leading teams, managing construction documentation, coordinating with consultants/vendors and ensuring execution aligns with design intent.
