Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Design and Application Engineer. The responsibilities include conceptualizing, designing, and developing mechanical and electrical components. The engineer will utilize computer-aided design (CAD) tools to create detailed engineering drawings, conduct feasibility studies, and oversee product development from ideation to production. Analyzing customer requirements and providing innovative, robust solutions to meet their application needs will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Design Engineering and Product Development to drive innovative solutions.
- Technical knowledge in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering to work on advanced systems.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating detailed designs and engineering drawings.
- Ability to oversee end-to-end product development processes, from concept to production.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal solutions and system reliability.
- Strong communication and project management skills to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Prior experience in enclosure construction or panel fittings industry is a plus.
