Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Design and Application Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for product design and development, including creating and modifying designs using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering, and supporting customers in the application of DIRAK products to meet their specific needs. The role combines hands-on problem-solving with a focus on innovative engineering solutions to achieve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Development, with a focus on innovative solutions to meet customer requirements
- Experience in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, with knowledge of relevant systems and components
- Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating and modifying product designs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to customers
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of enclosures and fittings is a plus
