Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Deputy Manager, based in Canada. The role involves managing and leading immigration consultancy services related to Canada opportunities. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, overseeing visa application processes, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, and developing strategies to optimize outcomes. The Senior Deputy Manager will also mentor the team, manage key client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the organization by identifying new opportunities and streamlining processes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of immigration rules, regulations, and visa application processes for Canada
- Experience in client consultation, customer relationship management, and providing expert guidance
- Leadership and team management experience with mentoring and managing diverse teams
- Strategic planning and operational process optimization skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders professionally
- Proficiency in time management and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM and other tools related to data tracking and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
- Previous experience in immigration consultancy or related fields is strongly preferred
