Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Dentist role based in bangalore . The Senior Dentist will provide high-quality clinical care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of general and advanced dental procedures, with a strong emphasis on cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Responsibilities include performing clinical examinations, recommending evidence-based treatment options, and carrying out procedures such as veneers, aligner-based treatments, restorative work, and full-mouth rehabilitation as appropriate. The role involves mentoring junior clinicians and clinical staff, collaborating with specialists, and supporting continuous improvement in clinical protocols and patient experience. The Senior Dentist will also maintain accurate clinical records, ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety standards, and participate in case discussions and clinical review meetings.
Qualifications
- Licensed dentist (BDS)
- Significant hands-on experience in cosmetic dentistry, including veneers, smile design, and aligner-based treatments (Invisalign or similar systems).
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
- Proven commitment to stringent infection control, sterilization protocols, and patient safety standards.
- Excellent chairside manner, patient communication, and counseling skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build long-term trust.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior dentists and clinical staff, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
- Comfort working with digital dentistry tools and advanced dental technologies (e.g., digital imaging, scanners, treatment planning software).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting, manage a structured appointment schedule, and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, clinical audits, and practice development activities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
