- Experience: Minimum 15 years in IT Service Management roles.
- Certifications:
- ITIL v3 Expert or Intermediate level.
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader.
- Expertise in:
- Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management.
- Service Catalog, CMDB, and Configuration Management.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead process transformation and optimization initiatives"
