Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in India for a Senior Delivery Manager. The Senior Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the delivery of financial and accounting services, managing client accounts, ensuring quality deliverables, and leading a dynamic team of finance and accounting professionals. The role entails setting project timelines, resource allocation, ensuring adherence to budgets, and managing client relationships to meet business objectives. Additionally, the Senior Delivery Manager will analyze processes and recommend improvement strategies for enhanced operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong finance and accounting knowledge, including expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Project management skills with experience in delivering services within strict timelines and budgets.
- Proficiency in advanced accounting technologies and software.
- Leadership and team management skills to coach, guide, and oversee financial teams.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management experience.
- Strategic planning abilities and a focus on achieving operational and financial efficiencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification; an MBA or CPA designation is an advantage.
- Experience in industries such as hospitality, property management, or insurance is a plus.
