Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Delivery Manager located in Bengaluru. The Senior Delivery Manager will oversee and manage IT delivery projects, ensuring timely and successful execution of services across various domains. Responsibilities include leading project management efforts, coordinating logistics and expediting processes, implementing inspection protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed client expectations. The role requires maintaining high standards of quality, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Expediting and Expeditor practices to ensure effective and timely delivery.
- Proven experience in Project Management, with skills in scheduling, planning, and coordinating efforts to deliver quality outcomes.
- Knowledge and experience in Inspection procedures and processes to maintain excellence in project execution.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, including supply chain coordination and vendor management.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and manage complex projects.
- Relevant certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Logistics are preferred.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
