Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Delivery Manager – Infrastructure to lead and manage projects based on technology infrastructure. This on-site position in Noida/Jaipur. The role involves overseeing the delivery of infrastructure projects, coordinating between teams, ensuring timely delivery, managing logistics, and conducting inspections to ensure quality. The Senior Delivery Manager will also be responsible for maintaining efficient expediting processes and driving continuous improvement across infrastructure projects. The Senior Delivery Manager – Infrastructure is responsible for end-to-end delivery of Information Technology (IT) infrastructure services, including networking, cloud platforms, data centers, servers, and information security.
This role ensures service quality, operational stability, and customer satisfaction by managing internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery of IT infrastructure services including:
- Network (Local Area Network - LAN, Wide Area Network - WAN, Firewalls)
- Cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services - AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform - GCP)
- Servers and virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- End User Computing (EUC) and workplace services
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)such as uptime, response time, and resolution time
- Lead Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes as perInformation Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and manage escalations
- Monitor service delivery performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage third-party vendors, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and service providers
- Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and delivery governance
- Drive infrastructure transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption and automation
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (networking, cloud, servers, security)
- Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes
- Experience in service delivery or managed services environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to handle critical incidents and high-pressure situations
- Leadership and team management capabilities
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or operations
- 5+ years in service delivery or delivery management roles
- Experience managing enterprise-level environments or clients
- Certifications such as ITIL, Project Management Professional (PMP), or cloud certifications are preferred
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- SLA compliance (uptime, response time, resolution time)
- Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) improvement
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores
- Incident reduction and service stability
- Cost optimization and resource utilization
